Tonfish Design - Mortar - Murska

Murska is an incredibly elegant mortar and pestle with two different sizes of mortar bowls in ceramics and wooden design respectively combined in one product. This provides maximum flexibility combined with a beautiful design. The shape of the ceramic bowl ensures that it rests securely while in use while still very easy to remove if you want to use the wooden bowl. The inside of the mortar as well as bottom of the pestle is made with a rough surface for most efficient function. The wooden mortar is treated with flax oil and is larger than the ceramic bowl. The pestle is original Scandinavian design to achieve an efficient grip for maximum thrust, while at the same time appear as an eye-catching simplistic design. The curve of the pestle is made to suit the mortar very carefully to achieve the largest possible contact surface while in use.
